Being Sunsmart

This week for cybersmart Mrs Torrie came we had to use canva to create a gif. We at least had to have 10  or 12 pages I only had 6 pages. it was not my first time using Canva. But it was my first time making a gif on Canva. I found it tricky to add images because i had to find the perfect one. I found it easy to use Canva. My digital learning objects shows that I can make a gif and blog it. Next time i would use 10 pages.

October Reflection

 This week i was filling my October Reflection. I found it tricky to  write my hands were getting sore . I found it easy to take a picture of me. Next time I would add a background.

ALL Saints Day

 Today is all saints day for R.E we had to make a poster of about all  saints day. I found it tricky to Write 

a lot of writing. I found it easy Find pictures.

For the last 3 weeks we drawed frida kahlo art we had to draw her eyes then we painted her and then we made  flowers 

She has a green top 

and she has a necklace that is yellow she is a mexican lady

I found it tricky to paint in the lines 

I found it easy to to draw her face 

Next time I would maybe i could do the background the some color

Jungle law

We are learning.infur 

we did an activity called the Jungle law and there is a picture of  what I did 

we had to do our setting like it is cold  and windy and then we draw a picture of what our 

jungle or a city looks like.

Aotearoa Place names

This week we  to play kahoot with miss torrie and it was fun we played 10 questions and it was so cool.

We had to make slides to pronounce new zealand i made we could do the longest name from new zealand but i did not want to do it but it was really hard.

I found it easy to find the pishers and put it in my slides.I found it hard to write it down in the slides and to pronounce it.

BEATITUDES social Justice week

 This week for reading our success criteria was identify the characters and/or author's point of view. My learn bit was to read a story and read a bible reading .My create complete a doc with my group then when I finished it I had to create a beatitude slide I did mine with a buddy called Aimie. I found it tricky writing down it on my computer  i found it easy to choose a background. my digital learning objects shows that i can embed m slides. next time  i would  choose a different buddy.

All about my life from primrose walker

Hi everyone this story is about my life... Do you sometimes wonder what your friends and family are up to. I live in a black house a hill and if you know my mum and dad. And I love my family. I have 3 sisters and my mum is about to have a baby called Tawny or something like that. I would like to know about your family. Make sure to never be mean to your family, okay. Thanks if you are reading this. I also have a puppy called Otto. I think some of the people at school saw him today when my Mum picked me up. Some of you will know i go to Saint Marys and I love it there and I have a wonderful teacher called Miss Naden, I love her. KARAKA( Healing plant)

This week for reading we have been learning to summarise we had to choose  a maori healing plant that was in our school we could do it on a paper or google slides .I did mine on a piece of paper. I choose to write about KARAKA .I found it tricky to find all of the facts. I found it easy to draw the title and the pitcher.  This week for writing we were learning to paragraph we had to write about our favorite new zealand athlete 

I choose to write about sarah walker,here is what I wrote about her

Borne.10 of july 1988

Place of birth. whakatane,new zealand 

Sport.BMX 

Sarah walker is the first new zealand bmx rider .She was bmxing when she was 10 years old because her brother was in the lead of bmxing so she wanted to keep up with her brother .Also serah walker is 33 now .She went to school at trident high school in new zealand .She grow up in whakatane .

Sarah walker's family  names nora walker and serah's mum is called nick brody .

Serah walker represented new zealand in women's bmxing games in london 2021 olympic games .Serah walker come 4th in beijing in the summer .She also won a silver medal in 2012 . She was in the top  3 of the world during Junior bmxing and she carried on to become the world's number 1 in 2008 . In 2012 serah goal was to win a gold medal at rio 2016 .

My wow fact .She didn't win the gold medal  ..  because the other bmx lady pushed in front of her . 

And that's how my story of sarah walker Bmx.
